Linda McKenzie Petkova is the creator and engine behind Amelie, Bulgaria’s first gluten-free sweet shop. Linda started her culinary journey from Vancouver Island with family recipes rooted in Nova Scotia, Ontario, and Germany. Over the years, her path led her through Brussels, Toronto, Boston, and finally to Bulgaria, her home. Along the way, she gathered new friends, experiences, and created fun, healthy, and delicious recipes, to the delight of her husband Kiril and their daughters Vanessa, Emma, and Anna.
